How to Choose from 2 options: Self-Collect or Delivery

Step 3 : Fill in Customer Information/Shipping Address (*Please fill in Shipping Address even if you do not required delivery) (see image below)
Step 4 : Choose either (A) Self-Collect or (B) Deliver to Door in Singapore. (see image below)
1)For Self-Collect Option
Our retail shop is located at #02-02, 10 Anson Road, Singapore 079903.
International Plaza building is right next to Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (Exit 'C').
Shop Operating Hours :
Monday : 11am to 7pm
Tuesday : 11am to 7pm
Wednesday : 11am to 7pm
Thursday : 11am to 7pm
Friday : 11am to 7pm
Saturday : 11am to 7pm
Sunday : CLOSE (For Sundays, we are open on 12-5pm between 3 December - 24 December 2018)
CLOSE on All Public Holidays.
When can I collect my order?
- For Embroidery & Printing products: (1 day to process)
- example: if you order on Monday before 5pm, you can collect on Tuesday, 12pm onwards.
- Please take note our retail shop are CLOSE on Sunday and Public Holiday.
- If you order on Saturday, before 4pm, you can collect on Monday, 12pm onwards
- All online orders on Saturday (after 4pm) and Sunday can collect on Tuesday, 12pm onwards.
- For Laser Engraving products: ( 2 days to process)
- example: if you order on Monday before 5pm, you can collect on Wednesday after 3pm.
- if you order on Saturday before 12pm, you can collect on Monday, 3pm onwards (all orders after 12pm, Saturday can only collect on Tuesday, 3pm onwards)
What if I need my order urgently?
- If you need your items urgently, please let us know, we will try our best to make arrangement. [just leave a note to your order at the check-out page, we will contact you to make necessary arrangement]
- Should you have any queries, please email us or feel free to give us a call or sms/whatsapp us (+65) 9271-5622 (phone operates during shop opening hours only)
2) For Delivery Option ($7)
We charge a flat fee of $7 per local delivery trip, not by number of items/weight/volume. Please note there will be additional charge of $10 for delivery to Changi Airport and Tuas area. (we will e-invoice you separately for this extra fees)
Delivery time slot is as follow:
i) 9am-6pm or
We will contact you within 24 hr after your purchase, to arrange delivery date and timing. Delivery date is usually around 2 days after order confirmation.
Please enter the recipient's name, contactable hand phone number and delivery address under Shipping details.
NOTE : We do not deliver to Outer Island such as Sentosa, Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin etc. We also do not deliver to high security clearance places such as Army Camp, Air & Sea Custom district, certain government buildings/compound etc.
NOTE : For International Delivery, please email us regarding shipping charges before you make the purchase. We use secured payment methods such as Paypal and Stripe for a ease of mind shopping online with us.

We are responsive on phone, sms/whatsapp, email, and Facebook messenger. If you click on the Facebook chat (on bottom right of screen) and message us, our reply will go actually straight to your Facebook messenger app - instead of the web screen due to the function of Facebook app.
